Email Preferences

Every email we send is either account email, which you cannot turn off, or one of seven optional categories, all of which you can.

Account email

Invoices and receipts, payment failures, subscription changes, password resets, email verification, and team or SSO invitations. These are part of running your account, so they carry no unsubscribe link. The only way to stop them is to close your account from the dashboard.

Optional email

Everything else carries an unsubscribe link and a one-click unsubscribe header, so your mail client can opt you out without opening the message:

• API key budgets — a key is approaching its total or recurring limit.
• Model retirements — a model you use is due to be deprecated or deactivated.
• Provider issues — elevated errors from a provider you recently used.
• Compliance: models available — a watched model became usable under your organization's policy.
• Compliance: downgrades — a provider or watched model stopped meeting your organization's policy.
• Product tips and offers — onboarding nudges, feature announcements and occasional campaigns.
• Credit balance reminders — your balance dropped below 20% or 5% of your last top-up, or your credits have not been topped up in a while.

The first five are also delivered in the dashboard's notification feed, which you can leave on after turning their email off.

Managing them

Notifications in the dashboard lists all seven categories with an in-app and an email switch each. The settings are yours rather than your organization's, so they follow you across every organization you belong to.

Newsletter

The newsletter is a separate opt-in list you join from the website. Its unsubscribe link is managed by our email provider and is independent of everything above.
